Orhun Process

The purpose of this Regulation is to regulate the procedures and principles regarding student and teaching staff exchange programme between member universities of Turkic Council Turkic Universities Union. This Regulation contains the principles and procedures of student and teaching staff exchange between higher education institutions of Turkic Universities Union.

Regulation

2021 - 2022 ORHUN EXCHANGE PROGRAM APPLICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Orhun Exchange Program will start in the Spring Term of the 2021-2022 Academic Year for students and academic staff of member universities of the Organization of Turkic States Turkic Universities Union (TÜRKÜNİB) to be found below:

Azerbaijan: Azerbaijan State University of Economics, Azerbaijan University of Languages, Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, Azerbaijan Medical University, Baku State University;

Kazakhstan: Ahmet Yesevi International Kazakh Turkish University, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Atyrau State University, Semey Medical University, L.N Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Nazarbayev University;

Kyrgyzstan: B. Sydykov Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University, International University of Kyrgyzstan, K. Karasaev Bishkek Humanities University, Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, Osh State University, Yusuf Balasaguni Kyrgyz National University;

Hungary: University of Szeged;

Uzbekistan: Alisher Navoi Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature, University of World Economy and Politics, Kokand University, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies;

Turkey: Alanya Keykubat University, Ankara University, Atatürk University, Bitlis Eren University, Cappadocia University, Ege University, Eskişehir Osmangazi University, Gazi University, Istanbul University, Marmara University, Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University, Uludağ University.

For participation in the exchange program students and faculty members should apply to Program Coordinators at their university. Detailed information about the exchange program can be obtained through institutional coordinators at universities and web-page: http://turkunib.org/orhun/.

Calendar for Application:

Member Universities should notify the Coordinator University (Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University) about the departments and quotas for participating in the program:

25 November – 20 December, 2021

General announcement of the Coordinator University:

20- 24 December, 2021

Announcement of program requirements in higher education institutions and receiving applications:

24 December, 2021 – 6 January, 2022

Notification of quotas to the Coordinating University and evaluation of received applications:

6 – 15 January 2022

Announcement of results

17 January 2022
