Orhun Process

The purpose of this Regulation is to regulate the procedures and principles regarding student and teaching staff exchange programme between member universities of Turkic Council Turkic Universities Union. This Regulation contains the principles and procedures of student and teaching staff exchange between higher education institutions of Turkic Universities Union.

FOR THE ORHUN EXCHANGE PROGRAM FOR 2019-2020 ACADEMIC YEAR

Applications acceptance for the exchange program “Orhun” of the 2019-2020 academic year!

Members of the Turkic Council Turkic Universities Union in the 2019-2020 academic year:  

Azerbaijan: Baku State University, Azerbaijan Medical University, Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, Azerbaijan University of Languages; Kazakhstan: Khoja Ahmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, L.Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Nazarbayev University, H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University;

Kyrgyzstan: Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, International University of Kyrgyzstan, Kyrgyz National University named after Zhusup Balasagyn, Bishkek Humanitarian University named after K. Karasayev, Osh State University;

Turkey: Ataturk University, Istanbul University, Ege University, Bitlis Eren University, Eskisehir University Osmangazi, Gazi University, Nigde Omer Khalisdemir University, Cappadocia University;

Hungary: In the framework of the Orhun process, the University of Szeged in Hungary starts its exchange program. Students and teachers who wish to participate in the exchange program may contact the coordination offices of the Orhun process. More complete information can be obtained at the coordination offices and on the website http://turkunib.org/orhun/.

Publication of the announcements about the

beginning of the exchange program and receive announcements

13-28 June 2019.

Provision of information about the contingent of applicants to the presiding university,

assessment and study of applications submitted

02 – 10 July 2019.

Announcement of results

19 July 2019.
