On behalf of the Organization of Turkic States and on my own behalf, I extend my sincere congratulations to the Government and the brotherly people of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the occasion of their Independence Day.

Over the past years, Uzbekistan has advanced confidently on the path of reform and development, reinforcing its role as a driving force for regional cooperation and prosperity. Under the leadership of H.E. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the nation has achieved remarkable progress in economic modernization, infrastructure, education, and cultural revival, embodying the vision of a dynamic and forward-looking “New Uzbekistan.”

Uzbekistan’s active engagement and constructive initiatives within the framework of the Organization of Turkic States continue to enrich our shared agenda. Its valuable contributions in trade, transport connectivity, green transition, youth and sports, and cultural diplomacy have strengthened solidarity and opened new avenues for cooperation across the Turkic World.

On this auspicious occasion, I wholeheartedly wish the Republic of Uzbekistan enduring peace, prosperity, and continued success on its path of progress, as well as well-being and happiness to all its citizens.
