OTS 11th Summit - Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic

Hosted by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic H.E. Sadyr Zhaparov, the Eleventh Summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) was held on 6 November 2024 in Bishkek. The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan H.E. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan H.E. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Türkiye H.E. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan H.E. Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Prime Minister of Hungary H.E. Viktor Orbán, President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus H.E. Ersin Tatar, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Bishkek H.E. N. Golliyev, and the Secretary General of the OTS H.E. Ambassador Kubanchbek Omuraliev attended the Summit. The Chairman and members of the Council of Elders of the OTS and the Heads of Turkic Cooperation Organizations also took part. Preceding the Summit, the Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) of the OTS convened to finalize the documents to be signed by the Heads of State, as well as adopted CFM level documents and discussed various issues on the agenda of the Organization.
